Mindful actions change the way you feel



Take a tiny mindful action today:

  • Do a breathing exercise when you feel a little stressed
  • Take a 3 minute breathing space to clear your head
  • Drink a cup of tea or coffee mindfully
  • Do an activity that nourishes you (mentally) – go to a fitness class, go for a walk in the park, do some gardening or colouring in, play a board game or read a book with your little one
