Take a stroll with toddlers, and they will show you what Mindfulness is. Their curious, inquisitive little minds will take a look at the shape of a rock, the colours of a leaf, the feel of a tree bark. Sadly, as children grow, those wonders slowly disappear.
Through my parent-child class, I help you reconnect with your inner child while encouraging your child to hold onto those beautiful skills.
Practicing mindfulness with our children help with re-enforcing our bond,to be more patient with them and to connect on a deeper level.
The classes are held in small groups where I teach breathing techniques and child play as a mean to understand and develop the practice of mindfulness.
