A mindful tea meditation – a brilliant way to get started with your mindful practice. One of the basic mindfulness exercises brings your awareness to a sensory experience such as eating a raisin, or in this case, drinking a cup of tea. These mini-meditations are so beneficial. You can try it with all sorts of things – chocolate is another favourite of mine!
